All applicants must meet State, Federal, and DOT regulations. It is our mission to ensure every driver is properly qualified, trained, and in full compliance.
Employee Drivers
Owner Operators
Two Distinct Opportunities
At Palletized Trucking, you are either a W-2 employee driver operating our equipment, or an independent contractor who owns their truck and partners with us for freight.
W-2 Employment
Employee Driver
Join our team as a full-time W-2 employee. You operate Palletized Trucking's equipment and receive full company benefits. Taxes are withheld, and you are covered under our workers' compensation and liability policies.

Independent Contractor
Owner Operator
You own your truck and operate as an independent contractor under our authority. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and operating expenses. All owner operators must provide tractor, 2-wheeler, dolly, load securement equipment, and anything else required to perform the job.

What We Offer Partners
Note: In some cases, a truck owner may lease their equipment to PTI and place their own driver in that truck. That driver must still meet all PTI driver qualification requirements.
